30-30 Plan

I have two areas in my life that need some work.  One of them is my spiritual life and the other is my health.  So I have started a 30-30 plan today.  The first 30 minutes of the day is going to be studying scripture, a daily devotional.  The next 30 minutes is going to be exercise.  I’m going to work up to the 30 minutes of exercise by doing 10 minutes a day for the first week then 15 minutes for week 2 and so on until I get up to 30 minutes.

Update for today Monday the 1st:

I started today with studying Galatians 1 because I need some work on understanding God’s grace.  I have also just finished up a 10 minute jog.

This is one additional step I’m taking in my life to be intentional with the things that matter the most.
