Headed to Catalyst 08

I’m headed to Catalyst 08 tomorrow evening.  I’m looking forward to hearing from some of the speakers.  Here are some of the all star speakers lined up at Catalyst.

• Andy Stanley - Lead Pastor North Point Community Church.  I just love to hear this guy speak.
• Jim Collins - Author of “Good to Great.”  This is a book Lisa Pierce used as a reference during a Alabama Rural Ministries board meeting.
• Craig Groeschel - Senior Pastor LifeChurch.tv Amazing things going on here.

I’m pretty excited about going but I have to leave my family behind for a couple of days.  I hope they can get along without me. :)  I know they can I’m just going to miss them.

My Once A Day post for today.

Thank you God for sending your son Jesus Christ to this broken world to pay for everyones sin and giving us a way to you through him even though we don’t deserve it.  You are mighty and great!

I’m very thankful for my freinds.  A few of us got together last night to watch the fireworks.  My freinds and the fireworks were both great.

My Family

My Once A Day post for today.

I’m very thankful for my family.  They have put up with me for so many years.  Thank you!

This isn’t all of my family but a few of them.  It’s all I could get together this morning.

Once A day!

Every large task can only be accomplished by doing one thing at a time.  I have a huge task ahead of me and that is to be thankful for so many things in my life.  So once a day I’m going to post something I am thankful for to accomplish this huge task.

Thank You God!  I am so thankful that I have a job with vacation time so I can spend time with my family and go on mission trips throughout the year.  For example this next week I will be in Savannah, GA with the youth group on a mission trip all week long.  It’s going to be great.
